Happiness, or something like it!
There is not much happening with us these days - just getting on. Tynan is still off his inhalers, still growing but has slowed down a bit. His summer clothes from last year are still fine as they were one size too big last summer. Eileen is growing again as well, she is looking older these days. We've had "THE TALK" again, so we are prepared for anything that might happen (early or not).
I am using up some of my fabric stash this week making little sundresses. I hope to sell them so I can (what else?) buy more fabric. They are just simple things that are easy to do and made from pretty cotton prints. They wear really well, Eileen has worn versions of these dresses for years.
Guess I'm pretty boring - not much else going on. I'm still not officially retired yet but it is getting closer. I don't miss it so far, I always manage to be pretty busy.
Love my Mike. Things are still going very well there! He's so much happier since we moved here. He likes his job. It's made a fantastic difference in our lives.
Weight is still coming off but very slowly now - time to grab some gym time! I'm a size 16 now - just gave away the last of my size 20 pants. Still holding on to the size 18's for those bloated days! ;)
I've come a long way from the size 22 that I was just a year and a half ago. I feel better in my skin now.
That's it. Totally non-exciting.
