A columnist?
So I feel like I should apologise for my absence. Work has just been crazy as so I didn't have time or well, will to post. Now on the other hand, I have a problem.
I was thinking the only way my writing major might actually become of use is if I become a columnist.... But what the hell should I write?

Me in a secretary job?
So I'm starting to think maybe I should take up a secretary/receptionist job when I leave university. It just seems like a job I can do and it would be stable and I could gain money for my own place. I mean I would be writing when I get back home and still trying to make my dreams of becoming a known writer become true, it just would help me make ( Read more... ) -
Cat painting?
So I had this idea... Maybe I should get one of those kids easels and some non toxic paint and let my cat at it LOL
I would live stream it so people can watch her and maybe even sell the paintings on etsy for like 5 bucks,
I dunno just a random idea I guess... It would be cool to see if she likes it :p
So thoughts?

New dreams and goals
So I've had this list of dreams/ life goals I've wanted since I was like 14 or so...
Pretty much it ended up being
- be a published author
- find a guy who loves me for me
And since I've managed to do both of those lately... I guess I need some more goals XD so here they are
- Marry that man (Spike)
- become a known writer and be able to earn my living ( Read more... ) -
Strangest of Strangers
Next year, not sure when but hopefully early in the year, me and my best friend are going to start up the web comic Strangest of Strangers! I'm quite excited about this as its definitely my favourite project and I totally could see ad would like this to go on for years. New job
So I've got a new job lately (month or so) and well the best word I can describe it is, it's like a boot camp. I'm running around doing this frantically, I feel like I'm getting yelled at sometimes (though more disappointed in me to be honest) and I end up going home covered in oil, grease and sweat. Idiotic me
So I ended up pretty much posting the news that my book had been published on every book community I can find on LJ. Funnily enough it didn't get a great reception with everyone calling it spam and so on... I guess I was just too excited about the idea that I might achieved one of my life goals I had since I was like 12 to notice how stupid posting ( Read more... )
