[the following is said in a deadpan, slightly ominous voice, possibly meant to scare those who don't like ghost stories]
This is a story that happened not very long ago.
During a vacation, some friends and I went to a villa to do some cleaning on it, as a favor. I could tell that there was a spirit residing there, but it wasn't evil, and I didn't want to frighten the others, so I didn't say anything.
We stayed the weekend while we were cleaning. During the night, the spirit, a young boy, possessed my friend Nakatsu. In Nakatsu's body, it snuck into our friend Mizuki's room, and tried to kiss him. I couldn't perform a complete exorcism on the spirit; I've only studied the field a little bit.
Later, the spirit completely locked himself in Nakatsu's body, leaving him unable to wake up. The only way to get rid of the spirit and let him move on was to lay his worries to rest.
We found out that in life, the boy had loved a girl whose name and face were the same as Mizuki's. She died young of an illness, and they weren't able to meet after that. I knew that as amateurs, there wasn't much we could do even knowing this information. However, soon after that, the spirit of the girl appeared as well. The boy, satisfied with that, was able to move on.
After this, Nakatsu returned to his usual self, and our lives went back to normal. This is the end of my story.
