"Backstreets back...alright."
As soon as summer school let out I went staight to Wal-mart and I bought the new Backstreet Boys CD. It is faaaabulous. :D
So in class we were talking about communication. And tomorrow the topic is how there is a boundary beween guys and girls. A guy will be like, "What's wrong?" And the girl will say, "Oh, nothing." And the guy is just like, "Ok." And actually thinks that nothing is wrong. But what she really means is, "Keep asking. I am hurt. I really want to talk about this." <---Oh how true that is. :P
So I have been going to summer school the past two days. I am taking Speech and I have Czaplinski as my teacher. She is super cool. And I have my sophomores in there to help pass the time. And a cute boy or two to look as well. The class hasn't been bad at all. I like speaking, so it's all good. The first day we interviewed people, (Um...I am a journalist. Why wouldn't I love that?) and today we played a game, made a pretty picture, and had to begin writting a speech. Mine was about band, and how is that not fun? I have to present one of my biggest life moments and I chose going to the State Marching Competition with the band. I hope the sophomores in my class really take it to heart and think about how hard they want to work, so that they can get that same feeling and have that memory. I hope they realize that we need to work hard to be able to get to State and I hope they really want it.
So I have heard, through the grapevine, that they are down to their last 2 candidates for principal. It is either going to be the Pflugerville Middle School principal or... Mr. Garcia. <--How awesome would that be? How would he not be good for Connally? He has already been here, he knows us, and he won't make up insane rules. He is kind and cool and would make a fabulous principal. I really hope he gets it.
