Well LJ says it's been 96 weeks since I last updated here. At the urging of a person with significant influence in my life, I am blowing off the dust here. I wonder how many friends are still around.....

Okay, I decided that I didn't like what I wrote the first time. Lets just say I'm afraid that a very good friend is in over her head and I can't really do anything to help, not that she even wants any help. I hope she finds her way back on her own.

The BRAC list came out yesterday. I know most of you have no idea what that is. BRAC is the Base Realignment and Closure Commission. While the base where I work escaped closure, the equipment that I work on, and thus my job, is on the list to be relocating to another base or spread out between other bases. Lucky me, I get to work today 11-5 today babysitting the computer lab again. Like anyone is going to drop in on Mothers Day to review their work. Going to be a very quiet day today I think.
