My favorite moment today: Sitting in the back of my truck with the hatch open, having lunch with Scott in the Publix parking lot. We had been making deliveries all morning, with a couple of side trips to Walgreens and the gun range where Scott was a member 15 years ago (to see if it still existed--so many new developments cropping up by Moss Park

Kat said that when they get a bigger place, she and Dave want to start a boarding business, in which case they could keep my horse. A childhood dream, but at the moment my horse wouldn't take up much space or feed, considering it's imaginary. ;) In any case I'm on Kat's short list of riding buddies, and hope to go often!

Incidentally, Kat and Dave are the couple that adopted my other dog, Scully, five years ago. The funny thing is, Kat and I became better friends with each other than with the person who introduced us!
