All good things must come to an end

Well, the big excitement today was getting the $546.68 taken off my celphone bill that arrived this afternoon. I never expected to pay it, but it did cause a momentary scare! Seems certain features that I believed were included in my plan weren't included after all. Problem is, three *different* customer service representatives, all of whom were extremely helpful, on three *different* occasions assured me that everything was included and there would be no additional charges. Maybe they were a little *too* helpful...

I have no beef with any of them, except for the fact that the company must keep them all terribly misinformed. Scott thinks they do it on purpose. I'm expecting a call back from a supervisor in the next 24-48 hours so I can lodge a complaint.

So ends my walk on the wild side of celphone web browsing, picture mail and video downloads!
