I think it's enough.  That's the topic of Oregon's Measure 58 which "prohibits teaching public school students in a language other than English for more than two years".  I am more than a pedestrian expert on Second Language Acquisition, however, what makes me second guess my opinion is that this measure was written by the most self-serving bigoted ( Read more... )
