i feel GREAT!
i just had my first chiropractic appointment in the last two years. and my back feels sooo much better. im not hurting anymore when im just writing these things.
i don't care what anybody says, but switchfoot's real good music was on their first three cds. everybody should go check them out if you like hella good music. the legend of chin. good stuff. speaking of which, i figured i'd plug one of my favorite bands right about now... The Fully Down
they're so good. one of the few bands im jealous of, well not really, but sorta.
i just saw national treasure last night. that nick cage movie, pretty cool. a little long, but still retty sweet none the less. danyell's ex boyfriend was there and all staring me down and stuff. it was so funny. i love all the drama that people try to create out of sheer boredom with their own lives. i mean, come on, how can you try to sneer at me when i have this fat-ass mass of hair on my head. id laugh if i saw me (in fact i do...)

i rockedthefuckout with josh yesterday too. that was SWEET! i haven't done that in a while. after a hard day's work of recording some new Return December stuff, we decided to play some of the most powerful music in the world. some of that being random programmed J-Pop and others being Nightwish (swedish oprah/orchestrated deathmetal) it was a rediculous site to say the least. josh was rockin the air drums as i proceeded to rock all the other instuments. i love that kid. good times.
