We were not only proud sisters, we now understand how it feels like to be a proud parent to our youngest, to our little brother. First and foremost, congratulations on your Graduation in High School. I know it was hard, but you remained firm and strong just like how we must be. That's our only way of survival and you know that as early as 9 years old. Even though you missed the chance to be part of those top students with flying colors, we can't wish anything more than this. Seeing you wearing your most awaited white toga, standing with pride, you cleared up the path where you want to continue the next chapter of your life. That alone is more than enough for us to get our humblest pride.
For the past years we were challenged by fate to the extend that we're almost couldn't find our way back. The track where we are heading and even our future were shaken and caught in a cloudy situation. We encountered the toughest of times and the loneliest of seasons, yet, look at us, were not even lost. That is because we believed our mama and papa taught us the very essence of living. To our parents, this is the fruit of your hardwork - the second milestone for this year and by June, the 3rd milestone will be unfolded. And we couldn't thank you enough for every single thing you did and sacrificed for us and for this family. Mama and Papa, you are the main reason why we chose to pull ourselves together from the dark aisle and get up from the muddy ground of despair. You were the reason why we're so broken and yet the reason why we're experiencing the happiest of times. But to be honest, you're supposed to be here celebrating this milestones with us. Because all of this achievements, these are all yours and yours alone.
Words are not enough to express our sincerest gratitude but our hearts they know it so well. And these hearts came from how you made us feel, how you gave meaning to our lives, how you mold us with your unconditional love. Even though we get sad and lonely from time to time, were stronger than before. We cry a little and get up, get up, get up all the time. We love you and we just miss you so bad. Some people tend to say, erase the people/things that causes you so much pain. But, we don't want to, how can we forget the persons who gave us life- our everything? We don't need to forget neither to erase them from our memory, we just need a little prayer to conquer us when we start to miss them. That simple thing to cope up with, make a big difference.
To my little brother, this is the start of a new beginning in your life. College is the next stage. I am excited and i've been anticipating for this, a little bit pressured but we'll support you in every way possible. Do your best, this is the starting point of your roller coaster ride in College. God bless and always remember we love you.
