HEY EXCUSE ME MISSY MY RELATIONSHIP IS NOT DISINTEGRATING HORRIBLY
I didn't know what to do either, our first time. It felt good and my body kind of took over. Your body will too, eventually.
And the babies thing -- I'm not looking forward to pregnancy either. I'm not looking forward to nine months of feeling like a whale and then the birth process and all the bleeding afterwards but the idea of one day having a little boy or a little girl that came from *me* -- That's what I look forward too.
Just be you. And you'll find someone.
(But on your 21st, can we go to the gay bars and go dancing? I think that would be lots o' fun. That's what we're doing on mine.)
Really?! I had begun to, then deleted it because I thought it'd be too haughty of me to sit there and reply like that. I very much do NOT want to come across as "I'm married, you're not, so I know all". And the advice I want to give... is not run-of-the-mill, lol.
Ease your mind of what, hon? Marriage, no matter how prepared you are for it, is going to be a plunge into cold oceanic waters. It's only worth it if you're holding the hand of someone you can laugh all the way down with, though.

It would ease my mind if I heard all the marriage crap from someone I know... not just some girl magazine or freaking Ghandi.
