london and amsterdam
london was surprisingly awesome. we wandered buckingham, and went to the british museum. i saw the rosetta stone, and the statues of the parthenon! woo!
that night we woke up at 7, and were out the door by 9 (brief interlude with phone company about fixing the phones so we can call), but didnt get to angel for dinner until 10, and everything was closed. we wound up eating at an organic, grass fed burger joint called hamburger plus. it was really delish, and hit the spot after a day of not eating :)
then we went to a local pub and had a few rounds while playing set, but had to metro home at midnight before the tube stopped running.
then jenna and ben and i sat around with one of my bttles of vodka, drinking with any kid who wandered by. an aussie named jamie took a shining to us
jenna is bitching about eating now, so i need to remember
jamie, paul the pole, the french boys, the changing of the gaurds, tower of london, catapault, the crown jewels, omg HOW did we even make that flight to amsterdam, tiiiiiiny rooms, bens cane, almost a pub crawl, the red light district with ben, austrian basketball team.
