When my friends and me cosplay, we always plan a our performance.
As I don't like "stupid" humour as such, I try to be realistic, play with words and maybe drop in some insider jokes fans of the show will recogize.
Getting the audience involved also scores a lot of points.
Once we won 6th place, even though I thought our (Kenshin) costumes weren't that spectacular.
We wanted to do DiGi Charat, but I'm afraid I once messed up the application so we couldn't take part ;_;x I was so dissapointed because not only did I fail, but I let down my friends aswell.
But we hope to try again in the future. My Rabi~en~Rose cotume needs more working on anyway ^^x*
