Has anyone tried making Hamburger Helper with tofu instead of beef? One downside of dieting is that I've been having a hard time getting enough protein. Tofu seems like a good source of protein and I've always been fine with it in Chinese food. The problem with most other common protein sources is that they tend to have lots of fat. I'm down ten pounds since I started my diet a month ago which means I have eighteen more pounds to go to make my goal. I was worried over the weekend that I might have messed things up.
