I have to say, I'm pretty damn proud of myself. Since February, I've lost almost 25lbs. I probably drink a few gallons of water per day at work, come home, eat a small healthy meal, then go to work again. Breakfast is usually a bowl of oatmeal and then my vitamins. Occasionally I have a drink or two after a long day. I think I'm well within my goal of 230lbs, but I don't know when I'll reach it. I'd like to be at 240 before summer's over because I know it'll get hard after that. *pats myself on back*
