So, right now, there is a lot of editing going on with some writing to straighten out the worse mistakes. Promise Kept's sequel is slowly moving along, chapter by chapter. In some cases, there are a lot of changes to be made, in others, not so much. However, that particular wheel is grinding particularly fine.
So I decided to double book and did some work on Stress Relief, a zombie short story that I'm happy to say is going to get a new name. Interestingly enough, as soon as I finished this draft, someone came asking to work out an exchange for critiques. Hopefully, I will be getting back his ideas soon. I wish I could tell you more about his story, since it was da bomb, literally :D.
I'm going to wait until I get back his critique and do another round of revision before I pick up something else to work on while I work on Promise Kept's sequel. In the meantime, I'm going to try and get at least two chapters done a day. Maybe if I can get that going, I won't have to break the monotony with editing a short story at the same time.
