(no subject)
Today, I got my official and unofficial transcripts sent to me through the mail. Phew, now I know the official ones got sent to UC Irvine. Hmmm... also in the mail, I got my report card... I got all A's except for a C+ in AP Economics. I was a tad bit disappointed since I was so close to a B-, but whatever... it's not like it really matters anymore. Now I can just breathe easy.
And now for the bad news, it's going to take a month... 1 F-ing month for my car to get fixed. Just great. How will I ever get anywhere now? So long to all those plans I had for the first part of my summer... UGH.
So earlier today, I was reading Life of Pi... but I kind of lost interest already. The author just goes on and on. Instead of boring myself to death, I figured that I would read it after The Five People You Meet in Heaven. So far, so good. I guess Life of Pi will just have to wait...
And lastly...
Don't think I'm trying to direct this passage to anyone I know, because I'm not... I was reading through more journals (what an online life I have, huh?) and I ran into this:
"You know what is really cool about getting hurt? You find out who really cares about you... It kinda sucks realizing some people just don't care as much as you would think, but oh well... On the mend!"
Looking from the positive side of things, I guess...
