...And then there was class

Wow. This summer was EXACTLY what I needed. It was the first full summer I have had in God knows how long... I am thinking 3 years. Yeah. But that is what you gotta do when you are behind and have to catch up a bit. Take summer classes galore. But this summer was different. I was able to go to New York City, Niagara Falls, Canada, Boston, Nashville, and Indianapolis... I was able to visit home when I got a free weekend (which happened more than I thought it would). I profited off of the NYC/Canada/Boston trip for crying out loud! I saw another Warped Tour (Offspring and DKM... rock)! I worked countless hours in a blackberry field right outside Murray. I spent even more countless hours at my job at the RSEC (which a lot of the times consisted of sleeping/watching TV on the COMFORTABLE leather couches in the men's basketball team's locker room, playing basketball, or whatever else we could think of to do)! I moved into a new house here on Olive Street, which totally beats the hell out of living in any dorm or fraternity house (especially if you have a roommate...nothing against them... but little to no privacy for three years can fuck with your head, lol). It's been a pretty damn good, laid-back summer vacation from the classroom. Longest I have had in a while. So I am not complaining one bit.

That is a good thing too because in the Fall, Murray State has no break basically. ONE DAY! They call that our fall break. Ah well, it's all good. I am going to pull a 4.0 this semester if I have anything to do with it. I can feel it. I am refreshed, ready to go, and READY FOR MAY!

If anyone wants to join in on Fantasy Football with me and some of the guys, just holla at me and I will send you an invite. We are doing it through Yahoo, which is real simple and easy to learn. If you haven't done it before, than you will be fine. It's addicting as hell too.

Well, take care! Good luck with the new semester.
