Well, it's a crazy day here

Well, I'm sure you've all seen the news about what's going on here. The British are proving themselves to be a nation of stoics as usual and are making me quietly proud. I'm glad that we have the security services that we do,and that they allowed us to conduct our daily lives in blissful ignorance of this stuff but foiled these people before they hurt anyone. And if these asshats think that they are going to stop me from doing my thing then they are sorely mistaken. We are not afraid.

And that's what I have to say about that.

In other, more random news I saw a woman on the bus yesterday wearing a black leather belt that had the phrase "Jesus Loves You" picked out on it in metal studs. Now I support the unusual sartorial choice (so long as it fits properly) so go her for wearing it, if that's what she wants. I just wonder where on earth she bought it, that's all. A shop called Goths for God perhaps? Seems like quite a specialist item to me.

Finally, sorry I've been a little bit quiet lately. Work has been utterly manic and shows no sign of abating. Plus my muse has decided to choose just this moment to make me write my first Dr Who fic. Why it never has better timing I just don't know. I have more to say about that but I have to go out now so I'll post it later. Have good days, y'all.
