Let me tell you what I hate. I hate when people don't follow the rules. And my body is clearly not following the rules.
The rules were - eat low-carb, don't overeat like crazy, work out (or at least walk) every single day, and lose weight. Well, I held my end of the bargain, and yet all that has happened is I gained a pound.
Tell me, Body, how does this happen? Where are your morals?! Rules are for a reason!
(I went over to Sparkpeople the other day, and I realized that I was starting at 267, not 266. So I adjusted the ticker accordingly.)
