My friend Emily woke me up extra early this morning, and plans for cookies turned into making breakfast for Grandoria (our house) in the A.M. After drooling over multiple recipies at
La Tartine Gourmande and
Epicurious, we settled on this:
An egg in a Ham cup, with Shallots, Mushrooms & Fresh Chives. Oh, we also had bacon and, at Emily's request, crispy crowns.
