So who's up for a 10k run this spring? I'm thinking of running the Kingston Classic this year. I've never competed before, but I've been running for a year and a half, and I think it'd be fun. If nothing changes, it's $20 bucks up to 10 days before the race. I mapped out last year's route, and it looks pretty doable. Here's a map I made on RunningAhead.com -

We've got some time to plan this, and I'll train with anyone. The most I've run before is about 5 miles, but once I'm back in shape, I know 6.2 shouldn't be bad at all.
Here's a chance for everyone to take on a goal that's not as daunting as a marathon, but enough to get us all in shape. Let's bring it on for 2008!
