look for the good in others and they'll see the good in you
I’ve been suffering a lot over winter by not being able to see any good in things, or generally appreciate the good things that happen in my life, but today I am OVER THE MOON and let me tell you why:
- Last night I had “gabo gabo” salad which is a Thai salad with a HARD BOILED EGG! Egg!; and
- I just signed up for the ZSL London Zoo Stampede! You get to run around London Zoo before it opens, then tootle around Regents Park and then end up back in the zoo where, (I presume), you get a goodie bag containing a capybara! JOY!
Not that I have run ONCE since February, when I went over in the embarassing amount of pathetic sludge and knacked my leg, but I feel optimistic that I’ve given it long enough to begin again.
Ohhh if I could TALK to the animals SQUEAK and GRUNT and SQUAWK with the animals, etc etc…
