On Thursday of last week, I had my first regular-session sub call-out. I Substitute taught three blocks of English at Santa Maria High. Just so long as you don't turn into Mrs. Converse on us. I wonder if she's still alive... check the TV...

The Mercy Meat plan is brilliant, except that you're going to have to overcome the negative stigma of eating genetically engineered food. Somehow more processing is fine for everything except meat. Fair warning.

OMYGOSH!!!! Mrs. Converse was the most out of touch personin the universe!! I can't believe that name is now circling in my brain. GEEZ. She's still a sub, no doubt. Can't see why. When I was subbing at Righetti at few years ago, she was still there.

Have to look into the whole eating of a diseased cow thing. Not sure if handicaped meat is all that marketable.
