Spells tend not to last on man-made objects. Though my mobile phone is fine - mind you, I only really spelled the financial part of the deal and who am I to care if the service providers find some dead leaves in their bank from time to time!! They'll never trace them.

Yeah, I don't blame McKay for being on the defensive side--it must have come as a bit of a shock. Didn't you explain it all to him beforehand? Knowing McKay, I bet he didn't really listen. Hope he won't object to you keeping in touch. We'd better keep him away from my Rodney though; they don't seem to get on too well, unlike me and other Sheppards *winks*
