THE DRAW
If you submitted last week, you are eligible for the free draw. Basically, you pick a number from 1 to 50, and you'll be awarded with whatever item is associated with that number. (I've already made lists.)
You can win all seven healing items, as well as other helpful items. Or, you can win nothing at all, or even get an elbow leech, which will add two marks to your total. :( More information can be found in the FAQ.
THE CHALLENGE
PostSecret (and the lesser known LOLsecretz) is becoming increasingly more popular these days. And with the latest revelations in the A:TLA episodes, it seems only fitting to have a challenge based on confessions.
Confused? It's simple, actually! These are the guidelines for your icons this week:
■ YOUR ICON MUST BE TEXT ONLY. That is, although you may use textures and symbols, your icon should not contain a screencap, etc. as the main focus. You may have a screencap very faded in the background, but text should be the focus of your icon.
■ The text on your icon MUST be a full sentence (subject + verb-so two words minimum; "Be." does not count ;D).
■ The sentence MUST be a confession of some sort. It can be serious, like "No one loves me.", or it can be humorous, like "I dream of crossdressing."
■ The confession MUST be your own creation (NOT a quote from the series). You may, however, take a quote from the series and twist it around.
■ The icons must be anonymous, BUT you must still allude to your intended character's identity somehow if it's not readily apparent in the confession, be it via color schemes and/or symbols (like using pink for Ty Lee or a Fire Nation insignia for Zuko). You may not have the character's name on the icon itself.
HOW TO SUBMIT
Submit all icons to this screened post in the following manner:

REMEMBER:
■ One icon per iconmaker.
■ Icons must fit LJ standards: 100x100 or smaller; 40kB or smaller.
■ Icons may not feature fanart, contain excessive vulgarity, use bases made by someone else, or be plagiarized. In addition to that, icons must be made fresh for the challenge.
■ Icons do not have to contain the character that you play. They can if you want to, though.
■ Do not advertise or use your icon until after the entire challenge has been concluded. This way, your identity remains anonymous.
Icons are due on Friday, October 26 at 7:00PM PDT.
