Yesterday was nice. Had an awesome lunch and then I got myself a nice tablesaw. Not quite "pro" but very close at least. sturdy when compared with others in the hardware store, 1500W motor, 0-45° and enough cutting depth so I can cut just about every piece of wood that I can think of using for projects

Do you like shooting yourself into your foot? Of course the answer is likely "no!" but some people seem to like it... I can't explain why else someone would use "CDNs" for their scripts or stylesheets on the internet

I would like to use the opportunity to start something that might turn into a small series. I like to call it "WTF Coding". Since I'm "native" to the .NET world, it might also become "WTF# coding" at some time, but for now I'm keeping it open

Let there be known that this was planned as an experiment about the feasibility of the "Eye-Fi" cards (http://www.eyefi.com) for a certain task and within my current camera (EOS 5D-II)
Sometimes it's hard to describe the amount of facepaw that a simple coding error can cause. For the last two days I was hunting down an annoying bug in one of my larger pet projects. It caused the same component of code to work under one condition but not under the other.
I went to a trade show today and listened in on some of the new features of the CS6 creative suite just like I did a year ago with the 5.5 version. Back then I deemed it a "luxury object" because there wasn't one single feature that would ease my workflow. But with CS6 I saw some nifty stuff that I missed before. Here's the highlights that I
