Fast has started, waking up at 6am to shower and drink last glass of water until I don't know when.

Well it looks like I'm off to hospital again. Have been given a date for another attempt (3rd time...) to sort out my pelvic issues - 7th of Dec (although this might change and I haven't been given a pre-admission date yet either). Hopefully this will just be a day case like the last time I went in for this procedure.

Back on ward after surgery. Lots of pain & sleepy, no tea yet.

Am back in Wolhaus and tucked up in bed. Feel like death, but better for being in own bed etc.
Will post fuller update tomorrow. Thank you all so much for kind messages, really means the world to me.

On Wednesday 25th of April I’m going in to hospital for an operation under general anaesthetic called a laparoscopy (incisions are going to be made in my abdomen so the surgeon can have a look at my insides) with possible endothermy (bits burnt away using lasers and heat). Had to wait a long time for my operation to come round, but it went ok apparently. Need to wait to see if it's worked. Anesthetic was fine, slight seizure when coming round, drugs are awesome.
Thank you people who texted, really appreciate it.
So tired now. Sleep.

Next Monday (15th) I'm due in hospital again for an operation that will hopefully un-fuck my pelvic muscles. It shouldn't involve any incisions, so hopefully it won't be as painful as other operations. I am still quite nervous though, especially because of how I reacted to the general anesthetic last time I had one (long time to come round properly ( Read more... )
