A woman I know just had her second child yesterday, and this combined with the many calls I get a day involving pregnant women somehow turned into an anxiety dream about being pregnant and having really really painful contractions. I actually have been having mild cramps, but in dream land that turned into ridiculously painful cramps instead.
Maybe it's also because every now and then when I have a pregnant lady I do a double take when I realize she's the same age, slightly older or in some cases slightly younger than I am. It's a bit of a shock to the system, and my subconscious apparently decided that was good nightmare fuel.
