I am still off work and still sick. Having  eaten some plain, boring food yesterday, with Terrible Consqeuences, I have retreated back to water and dehydration sachets. I am still feeling poorly and still feel very queasy and not really able to eat food.
This means I will be unable to go to Brighton Below this weekend, which is miserable, as I had been looking forward to a bit of a break.

Just have a rotten cold and am hiding from the world. Have built a den using blankets and an old clothes horse. Further updates later.

Had steak and wine night on Friday, with alasdair and kangeiko which was goodly - we compounded the gore theme by watching Stigmata. I woke up on Saturday morning feeling wretched, more wretched than most of a bottle of red wine deserved. Too much pollen.
Too much pollution.

Swollen throat, unable to breathe and thinking is difficult, and making me very, very grumpy. I have already almost been reduced to a screaming rage by the fact that Viking (in their infinite wisdom) have changed all of the order codes on all of their products so they are not searchable on their webiste.
