Blah.
I should at this moment be on a bus, or just off it in Farnborough. I got myself out to the bus stop with my phone's clock showing 18:10 when I arrived (and on checking it when I got back it's all of 4 seconds slow). The bus is due at 18:12. By 18:25, with no sign of it, I gave up and came home again.
So that's now two out of the four seminars for this Stress and Anxiety Management course I've missed now. The first was entirely 'my' fault, I just couldn't get myself to go out. Today is, I think, the bus company's fault.
I'll still see if I can get myself to the 3rd and 4th seminars though. That's the 9th and 16th of December.
