Relatively painless
The bloke from Hart Council just left. I showed him bank statements, the tenancy agreement, the letter about the Personal Capability Assessment coming up next week, and he was all happy. Not even a "oh my god!" at the rent paid 6 months in advance and only just coming up on 9th November to being paid direct to landlord.
I even now have time for a shower before going to the Physiotherapist at 13.40 (not 12.00 as I thought, that's the time I'd set an alarm for to make sure I was up and out and THERE for 13.40).
