I emailed the letting agents to check if things were ok for me moving in ASAP after handing over money and signing the agreement, and just got this reply:
Everything is ok our end, I will call the landlords 1st thing to keep them updated and also confirm with the check in clerk the earliest slot they have to do a check in! .. As soon as I have this, I will forward it to you straight away!
