I have to write a paper for my anthropology class comparing the religions of the Bajorans, humans, and Klingons on Deep Space 9. I know nothing about Star Trek, so this isn't as low stress an assignment as it sounds. Is anyone here a fan? Any books to recommend or specific episodes to watch?

Oh, and I also need to be able to speak at least 20 words of Klingon by next Monday.

I'm not sure, but I think I've been trapped in an ubergeek hell dimension. Help, please?
