If Doc has access to his personal fortune, I'm guessing 25 might be a nice, big, reasonably isolated house on the Marina where he could live?

If not, he'll get a big townhouse off of Graves Street where he can live and work in relative privacy.

Anywhere there's water. I see 25 is already taken. Abe will eventually have to settle down near a body of water, though. I'd imagine. I suppose anti ammonia tablets and ph balancing could suffice if there were a large enough tub.
