Who: Alice Cullen and OPEN
When: Monday, early evening
Where: Record Low on Daytrip Street
What: What else? Gift shopping!
As was her wont, Alice left the hotel pretty much the moment the sun vanished below the horizon. Summer was always something of a trial; she hated being stuck indoors, and one could only spend so much time roaming the woods. The woods were all well and good when you needed to hunt, but they didn't have any boutiques, after all.
Now she stood outside the little clothing shop she'd found, peering in the window. It was the only such store in town, which seemed a crime, but they did have a few nice things. She'd mailed a lovely silk scarf home for Esme last week, but it had been nearly a month since she'd sent any gifts for Bella or Rosalie. She shuddered dramatically to think how Bella was "dressing" herself in her absence. Maybe a quick run to Montreal tomorrow? Montreal had such charming shops, and would be more to Rose's taste.
Spinning lightly on her heel, she flitted across the street to the music shop. Would they have something that wasn't already in Edward's collection? A vision passed across her eyes so quickly she didn't even break stride, and she smiled. Yes, that would do. She opened the door and went inside.
