Lulu didn't understand.  She was sixteen years old.  Her birthday was a month ago.  She definitely didn't remember coming to a town.  She remembered Dillon and Georgie still being together and that being frustrating but she did not go to a different town.  Also, it was not 2010.  No way, no how.

She looked around at the pictures in the room which scarily fit her very well.  There were pictures she remembered happening, like from Lucky and Elizabeth's wedding, an annoying candid that she was sure Nikolas took at the prom. But after that, it was unfamiliar pictures. Some of her nephew and other little children who she didn't recognize. Some of Lucky, Nicolas, and another person who looked surprisingly like herself and Lucky. Then there were the even more peculiar. The pictures of people she'd never seen before. A young man in gear that look straight out of the turn of the century. She was in a picture with him and they looked blissfully happy. Someone else with her and keys to a car, his hair sticking up in an unmanageable way. And a picture of five of them, Lulu the only girl dressed up for Halloween. There were various pictures with a boy whose hair screamed 1950s, seeming to go through several years time. Pictures with a tall, strawberry blonde girl with a curious green streak in her hair. Pictures with a girl who was purple. Four different Halloween costumes. And then pictures of parties. This made absolutely no sense. To make matters worse, there was a message board site on the town and she seemed to have lived here a while. Or at least, someone else was doing a damned good job impersonating her.

Lulu couldn't take it, just staying still. She thought she saw some of the other people around the house, but she avoided them. Deciding the best bet would be to sneak out in case she saw them, Lulu grabbed a bag, some cash which she'd had lying around, keys which she hoped belonged to the house, and her cell phone (or what she assumed to be her cell phone). She opened the window and very carefully hopped out onto the garage roof before making her way down entirely. Worst case scenario, she'd have to figure out a way to get back onto the roof to climb into her window.

Wesley, who sounded like he knew her, said he'd be waiting in the Teaspoons Cafe. She'd made sure she looked at a map before she left and headed straight for what looked like a the shop. Thank god. It was. Coffee. She looked around for someone in a dark red button down shirt with a tan messenger bag. Feeling sixteen and not looking sixteen was disconcerting.
