Lulu was still trying to get back into the swing of things. And a party? That was just like her. So, she'd gotten some things together and decided to make a picnic for the whole town. After posting signs all over the town and an announcement in the town forum. She didn't need everyone to come, but just planning it got her back into the swing of things.
So, after setting up blankets and tables with food, she was wearing a red headband with her dress and waiting for people to arrive.
