Endora had finally acquiesced to the possibility that she might need another way of getting around town besides walking. To that end, she had purchased a bicycle.
However, bicycles were not without their problems. Though she had attempted to ride it in the privacy of her own home (not that the flat was big enough, mind you), she couldn't seem to work up the necessary balance to keep the bicycle upright. Besides, it didn't seem like a very dignified way to travel. Which is why she had taken it to the park, rolling it beside her all the way.
Endora propped the bicycle against a park bench and sat down, giving the bicycle an aggrieved glance as she tried to decide whether to leave it here or not.
