A few weeks ago, Kaylee and Billy had talked about going ice skating. However, they hadn't quite managed it, yet. Still, the last few weeks had been going well- they took walks around town and through the park, and Kaylee had even been teaching Billy how to cook a few things!
But, the weather was promising to get warmer, even if it had snowed yesterday, and Kaylee knew they were running out of time to try ice skating. So, she'd called Billy this morning, asking him to meet her at the park. She was waiting near the pond, smiling and watching the other people out skating this afternoon.
