How fitting that Salvador Dali rediscovered it.
It's a waking dream. I taste loam looking on the photos. I must write of the saddest tales of forgotten peoples. I remember how saddened I felt reading the second of the Narnia novels when all that had gone before was half-destroyed and nearly forgotten, of the way the forgotten mythical peoples of Narnia met on a midnight lawn.
