I sit in my office at work, looking at the list that I've made. I know what I want the manor to have in it, but I don't know how long I will have to have it built. I think Pansy and I should set a wedding date. This way I will know exactly what time frame I will have so that the manor will be complete by the day that we marry.

It has been over twenty four hours since Hannah Abbott told me the news of the lawsuit. I have not had time to go and tell Mother, but I need to, and soon. I wonder what she'll think of me? The past couple of days have been wonderful. Pansy accepted my proposal and we spent the weekend at the house in France, celebrating. Unfortunately, reality stepped in and it's now Tuesday, so we both had to go back to work. But I have no regrets at all. Asking her to marry me was the best decision I have ever made.

Pansy is awake! In my excitement, I jump up from my chair, momentarily forgetting my own injury to my leg. Even though the cuts have closed, my leg is still very sore and the Healer has said that there is a chance I will always walk with a limp. Damn Father! I just hope I got him as much as he got me.
