RULES (subject to change at any time)

.) No Ad-libbing. Excuses can be made when players are going to be gone for a long stretch of time, but only with the other character's player's consent. More often than not if the question is "is this ad-libbing?" the answer is "yes, don't post it."

.) No Power-Playing. This should be self-explanatory.

.) No Mary-Sue-ism. If you have any questions as to whether or not your character is a "Mary-Sue," address it to the mods.

.) Know how to post. We realize everyone makes mistakes, so we won't kill you on the first few. But if you have questions, ask.

.) Use correct grammar and spelling when applicable. No abbreviations of "your" to "ur", or "that" to "dat." Please type the correct word in English. Grammar exceptions can be made during action posts, and spelling exceptions for dialect purposes. Make sure that your posts are legible and coherent, or they will be deleted and you can try again.

.) Adult content will be all over the game. "Adult Content" includes (but is not limited to) slash, smut, foul language, nudity(in word form), drug abuse, alcohol abuse, and other adult situations. Be mature enough to handle it, or don't apply.

.) Be available to play. This is a game that is played through interaction. Provide an e-mail address for the other players to reach you. Chat services are good, and reccomended, but not required.

.) Know and follow the posting limit. The posting limit is: One post per week recommended, One post per month minimum in at_hogwarts, at_hogsmeade, at_diagon_alley or at_owlsandnews. Posting in your character's personal journal is requested, but does not count for the posting limit. If you don't play, you'll be removed.

.) No forcing others into something they don't want to do. Plots must be approved with all players involved, but no putting pressure on other players to be involved in a plot they're not interested in.

(Sub-Note: Don't jump down other players' throats about posting, being involved in a plot, or changing their icons. Give other players time to respond, and be courteous when asking for help or play.)

.) Respect every other player in the game. This is the most important rule. If you break it, you'll be removed.

.) Have fun.
