Well, today is the beginning of my short holiday until January 2nd. And I am still able to post at LJ, yay! It seems that my ISP provider (as other providers in the rest of Asia) uses satellite for international connection, since fiber optic is disrupted due to the last earthquake. Due to earthquake in Taiwan, Internet access in Asia is seriously affected. Internet access is CRAWLING. So forget access Internet at home because I'm on dial-up -- and I can't imagine how slow it will be since at the office, with broadband, it is already driving me nuts.
