E.R. Episode 3.11 - Night Shift (NBC) - A patient was brought into County Cook at the end of the day, his face unrecognizable to the injuries he had. Witnesses said that he jumped into a moving train; his head smashed in. A suicide? Benton, Carter, and Maggie Doyle (Jorja Fox) worked on him. In the middle of trying, they beeped Dennis Gant (Omar Epps) for help ... only to hear the beep from the patient's body. And they realized, the patient was Dennis. Frantically, they tried to save him ... Hands down, one of the BEST scenes I've ever seen! I was so shocked by the turn of events. That's why when similar plot was introduced during the finale of Grey's Anatomy, I wasn't surprised since I recognized the similar plot that was aired more than a decade earlier.

NONE - THIS IS HARD!!! Basically since I usually choose a book that, more or less, I imagine will fits my taste. So if I think I will not like a book, I usually stay away from it. So I don't think this question has an answer, personally ... There are a number of the other way around, though. Book that I thought would like but ended up NOT.
