Today has been the longest day. I rehearsed with Kristina Schenck, at Manassas Park Middle School, this morning at 8:15. Luckily, the piece I have been having trouble with, that is impossibly fast, she said it was OK to just play chords or eighth notes instead of the sixteenth notes written. Yay.

Then I came to school and we had the writing test, which started at 9:30 and ended at 11:15 or so. This involved the children asking questions such as, "What's a wooden chest?" and "Do I have to write what it is asking me to write?"

Good times.
