I have worked all day today (save for an appointment with my OT) to finish something - anything - to wear to CTCon. And have failed miserably. So for the first time since I started attending, I will be costumeless - instead, I'll run around in one of my Chinese dresses or something.
Very disappointed in myself, really, but then, such things happen. it was that vacation that nailed me; I might have been able to finish if not for that. Ah, well.
On the bright side, I bet there'll be lots of people to harass and poke and lots of things to buy... so... I'll still have fun anyway (I hope!).

As for what else is new in my life... not much. Connecticon is tomorrow - I'm psyched, despite the lack of costuming. Mostly I just had another one of thse Lyme-ish episodes yesterday, and couldn't work well/very long on it, and the vacation bein so long... I'm hoping Craig (a.k.a. Robert Quill, random artist-for-hire) is there to bother (always a fun activity). I might also track down Mookie of Dominic Deegan fame and bother him, simply because it's been one of my goals for the past year or so. ...What else... well I plan o buying too many posters (I always buy too many posters), maybe drawing some, taking tons of pictures of cosplayers, of course... I don't know what else. I'll just have to figure it out along the way.
