The events of the past year have taken a toll on me, so much that I am now looking into counseling. According to my research, I may be dealing with depression and anxiety. While I thought that things were finally turning around for me, it seems that they might not be after all.

I do hope you find the peace you are looking for. Work-Sales is definitely a hard thing to get a grasp on. I say stick it out because the more you do it the more you can learn. Plus there is always possibility that what you lack in one aspect you can make up for in another and maybe they would realize you would be a fit for a better position in the company.
As for the guy I've always believed you find the best things when you aren't looking. That's why i'm so into hooking up. You get to have some great sex and meet interesting people yet you take out the whole pressure of the dating scene. There are the times your hook-ups then lead to a dating situation and sometimes not, but you get to have good sex in the meantime.
As for the liquor, you know im an advocate of much drinking, however I have much respect for a person who knows they are doing to much and needs to cut back, especially when you put yourself in dangerous situations.
