can UAH get anything right?

Okay, so...for my major, I have to have a sequence of language class...101 and 102 in any language. I'm sure most of you remember the problems I was having with registering for the language classes. If not, it's described in the following paragraph:

I took French 101 a few years ago when it was a 3-hour class. Language classes are now 5 credit hours. Well, since I took French 101, I changed majors, and my advisor told me that I have to re-take French 101 in order to take 102 or take the placement test. For that reason, I decided to try something new and take Spanish instead, although I took French in high school as well as a semester here.

Okay, so having said that, I haven't gotten my audit note in the mail yet, and I applied for graduation in August. So...I called Charger Central to ask why, and they transferred me to the person that I was being audited by. Here's how the conversation went:

me: Hi, I applied for graduation in August and I haven't gotten my audit note yet.
Zeke: Okay...what's your name?
me: Tammy Smith
Zeke: Okay...hold on a second.
*classical music plays*
Zeke: What is your ID?
me: *gives A number*
Zeke: Okay...please hold.
*classical music plays*
Zeke: Tammy?
me: Yes?
Zeke: I'm having problems with your language. Are you planning on taking French 102 soon?
me: No...I'm taking Spanish 101 right now, and I'm signed up to take Spanish 102 in the spring.
Zeke: Oh...I have your language as French.
me: I was told that if I were to take French 102, I would have had to take 101 over again.
Zeke: That's not entirely true.
me: *bangs head against wall and thinks "Thanks again, UAH"*
Zeke: Now that we're straight, I'll send your audit paperwork right out to you.
me: *thinks "So much for turning in my application early"*
