I just got one of those e-mail "I've got a bunch of cash and need your cash to move it, I'll split it with you" scams which is spit-take worthy only because of the name and info involved

Thanks! That was most weird. It was a post using e-mail, and the missing content (the bulk of the message) is in the sent copy of the e-mail...but never posted.

Anyway, it's there now.

I'm surprised there haven't been an avalanche of "Obama has your stimulus check!" spam.

Dude, they totally fall for it. We get at least one report a month from "victims" about this stuff.

Which is probably why the scammers are becoming more brazen with the names they put in the letters.
